The case was settled by a split decision of the Supreme Court upholding the appeals court verdict that found for the government. Included are files from Martin Cummings and Scott Adams, the Director and Deputy Director of the Library, and Albert Berkowitz, the Reference Services Division Section Chief, as well as subject and correspondence files.
