Series 1: Personal and Biographical, 1933-1999 [series]:

A variety of credentials, administrative information from the Army and beyond, and career-describing work comprise the series. On many occasions over the course of his career Dr. Gross was interviewed or discussed in a cancer research article. Also his own writings were reviewed or praised by other researchers. The series is organized year and name of publication. A Who's Who entry lists the number of professional awards Gross received at over ten. Correspondence and notes describe the decision process as well as the formalities of receiving the awards.
