The project was conducted through Center's Spaulding Outpatient Center, Framingham, MA. The compiled information was largely used for the book Polio Voices: An Oral History from the American Polio Epidemics and Worldwide Eradication Efforts by Julie K. Silver and Daniel Wilson.
