Scope Note:	Interview concerns the enforcement of the Insecticide Act of 1910 and the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act of 1947.
Biographical Note:	Dr. Griffin served as a chemist in the Dept. of Agriculture and the Food, Drug, and Insecticide Administration, 1913-1938. From 1938 to his retirement, in 1955, he was an administrator with the Insecticide Division, Dept. of Agriculture.
